Data collected
Data is mainly collected via the Site's contact form, which allows you to request information about a product, a sample or any other information.
Mandatory data
Last name, first name, email address, company, position held, company country, subject and content of the message.
Optional data
Phone number and establishment city — used only to facilitate contact or identify the relevant establishment when the company has multiple sites in the same country.
The Site also uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. See the Cookies section of legal notices.
Why do we collect your data?
Identity, company and position data allow us to verify that you are a professional: our services are not aimed at individuals.
For an information request, the data is used to reply to you. For a sample request, it enables us to identify the recipient, contact them if necessary and ship the order. It also feeds our customer database.
Your company's country allows us to verify our geographic competence. The optional phone number is used to call you back if necessary. The optional city helps identify the correct establishment of a company with multiple locations in the same country.
Legal basis of processing
Data is processed fairly and lawfully, for the sole purpose of providing the Site's services. Collection is based on your explicit consent, given when submitting the contact form.
You can withdraw this consent at any time, by email at contact@ies-ingredients.com or by post to the registered office address.
Withdrawal only applies to the future: it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out previously.
Our subcontractors
All technical operations related to the Site — hosting, maintenance, development — are entrusted to Agence Web HDS, whose registered office is located at 350 Route des Milles, 13090 Aix-en-Provence, France (SIRET 810 696 096 00041).

Our IT subcontractors may access it occasionally during maintenance operations, but do not perform any other processing operations (modification, use, transmission).

Your rights
In accordance with GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have extensive rights over your data. Any request must be sent by email to contact@ies-ingredients.com or by post, accompanied by a copy of your ID to prevent fraud.

Portability
Data that you have actively provided (contact form, in particular) and processed on the basis of your consent or contract execution can be returned to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
This right does not apply to calculated, derived or inferred data. We facilitate direct transmission to another data controller when technically possible.

You can formulate advance directives concerning the fate of your data after your death (retention, deletion, disclosure). These instructions can be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Complaint to the CNIL
In case of disagreement about the processing of your data, you can file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
