2022 Corporate Social Responsibility Report - IES Ingredients

Today, our company is publishing its 3rd CSR report.

Our ambition is to move towards an even more respectful and responsible policy towards the environment and people. That is why, every year, we undertake actions that we communicate in order to be as transparent as possible.

This CSR report is an opportunity to look back on the sustainable, ethical and social practices of 2021 and with which we wish to grow :

• The development of our new site is one of the elements enabling us to achieve greater responsiveness, naturalness and job creation

• We are making IES Ingredients a benchmark player in terms of CSR

• Safe and fulfilling working conditions are our main pillars

• We raise awareness among our clients and suppliers in order to combat climate change

• Expanding our portfolio of natural materials is part of our ongoing objective

The entire report focuses on governance, our employees, our clients and suppliers, while taking into account the environment and local communities.

CSR is overseen by a CSR committee composed of Noël Poinsignon (Deputy Managing Director), Marion Fabre (Site Director), Liora Cohen (Regulatory and Quality Manager) and Anne-Julie Girodengo (Marketing and Communications Manager).
