Allauch, February 26, 2026 – After 33 years at the head of IES Ingredients, François-Patrick Sabater announces his retirement. Founded in 1993 in Allauch, near Marseille, the company has established itself as a key player in the distribution of natural and synthetic raw materials for professionals in the perfume, cosmetics and flavoring industries.
Thanks to a portfolio of prestigious partners such as Givaudan, dsm-firmenich, Sensient Beauty, Jiangsu Xinrui Aromatics Ltd and MayFlower, and with 35 employees, IES Ingredients continues to develop to meet the growing challenges of a constantly evolving market.
Since February 1, 2026, general management has been handled by Noël Poinsignon, accompanied by Marion Fabre as deputy general manager. Both already heavily involved in the company's development, they will bring their expertise and vision to continue innovation, growth and consolidation of relationships with clients and partners.
