Preamble

Browsing www.ies-ingredients.com may result in cookies being placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet). This page details which cookies, for what purpose, and how to control them.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file that does not personally identify you, but records information related to browsing a website from a device.

The data obtained facilitates subsequent visits and allows various traffic measurements. The cookies used on the Site are placed by International Express Service or by third parties.

Two types of cookies are placed on the Site.

Form protection
Secures form submission (anti-CSRF, bot detection).
cookie_decision

rgpd

Non-essential cookies (consent required)

Used only after your explicit consent via the banner. They aim to measure audience and improve experience.

Google Analytics
Audience measurement (page views, sessions, journeys). See dedicated section below.

Your rights

Cookies strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested do not require your consent. You can however oppose them via your browser settings — at the cost of a degraded experience.

Non-essential cookies, on the other hand, require your explicit consent. Until you have given it, they are neither placed nor read. A banner informs you on your first visit.

Consent duration

Your consent is valid for 18 months. . After this period, you will be asked again. The cookies themselves are kept on your device for a maximum duration of 18 months, , with no automatic extension on a new visit.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by configuring your browser (see dedicated section) or by writing to us at contact@ies-ingredients.com. In exercising this right, no data concerning you is collected.

Data collected via cookies is not transferred to any third party nor used for purposes other than those described in this policy.

Details on analytical cookies

These cookies are operated by Google Analytics. They allow us to know the use and performance of the Site, traffic volumes and usage of various content, in order to improve ergonomics and features.

Given the partner, personal data transfers may be made to countries outside the European Union, whose legislation differs from that of the EU. International Express Service implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that these transfers are carried out with sufficient guarantees of confidentiality and security.

Refusing or deleting these cookies does not affect your browsing, but prevents the Company from ensuring optimal Site quality. To disable Google Analytics cookies: support.google.com/analytics

Browser settings

You can refuse or delete cookies directly via your browser settings.

Tab "Firefox/Preferences" → "Privacy". Choose "Never" in "Accept third-party cookies", or limit their retention until Firefox closes.

Google Chrome

Menu "More" → "Settings" → "Advanced settings" → "Privacy and security" → "Content settings" → "Cookies". Enable or disable "Allow sites to save and read cookie data".

Things to note
